Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise
specified. Pacific Breeze usually ships items within (5) days of
receiving an order.
All orders placed on the Pacific Breeze Web sites
are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Pacific Breeze shipping policies.
We ship partial orders. If you do not want a partial shipment, please let us know when you place your order. In the event that we are sold out of an item or are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
In the rare event that your order never arrives,
notification of lost items must be received within 3 days from receipt
of the shipping confirmation.
If any item(s) arrives damaged, please notify the delivery carrier immediately and contact Pacific Breeze.

Sorry we do not ship to P.O Box or APO.
Alaska
and Hawaii subject to standard shipping charges. Hawaii and Alaska
cannot choose "UPS Ground Shipping," or "UPS 3 Day Select," so please
select either "UPS 2nd Day Air," or Alaskan and
Hawaiian customers can also arrange for their own shipping.
International Shipping
All international orders must be exported from the United States in compliance with United States Law. This includes but is not limited to receipt of an executed Export/Import Clearance Form 3177 from the Untied States Fish and Wildlife Department, Division of Law Enforcement. Please contact us for details and instructions.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, AUCTION, OR ITEM(S) PURCHASED IN PERSON BY BUYER OR BY BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE/AGENT. FOR ORDERS NOT MADE IN PERSON OR BY BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE/AGENT, SPECIAL ORDERS OR AUCTION ITEM(S), REFUNDS (LESS S/H) WILL BE MADE AND RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 10-DAYS OF THE "SHIP DATE" OF THE ITEM(S). ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME MANNER, IN WHICH THEY WHERE ORIGINALLY SHIPPED, (BOX, PACKING MATERIAL, CARRIER, ETC.), WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE CONTACT PACIFIC BREEZE FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ANY RETURN ITEM IS SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE OF 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM(S) WITHOUT CONTACTING WILDLIFE ETC. C.O.D. RETURNS AND RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF ANY ITEM(S) ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE NOTIFY THE DELIVERY CARRIER IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT PACIFIC BREEZE.
ANY SHIPPING AND HANDLING DISCOUNTS ARE CONTINGENT ON BUYER NOT RETURNING THE ITEMS. ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING DISCOUNTS AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING SPECIAL OFFERS ARE VOID IF BUYER RETURNS PURCHASES. ANY REFUNDS ARE OF THE NET SALES PRICE ONLY, EXCLUDING ALL FREIGHT, PACKING AND INSURANCE. IF THE ITEMS ARE RETURN BUYER PAYS SHIPPING AND HANDLING BOTH WAYS.
ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELLED MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations can only be made on orders that have NOT been processed. Processed orders are orders that have been accepted and payment has been received. Furthermore, Pacific Breeze will NOT accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. All special orders are prepaid. We would have to charge your credit card when placing a special order, so there are no cancellations and returns with special orders.
Pacific Breeze reserves the right to impose a 10% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled by buyer.
