Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified for accuracy. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Individual financial institution policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Pacific Breeze's Return Policy.
Sales Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax will be applied to each purchase. If
you have tax-exempt status, please contact us. You will be required to
provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to purchase. Please
note, Pacific Breeze reserves the right not to sell to resellers.
Payments
All prices are in US dollars. All orders are payable upon receipt unless prior arrangements are made. Payment will be accepted by cash, Cashier's Check, MasterCard, Visa or company and personal check. Prepayment on company and personal checks may be required and there may be up to a (14) day delay in shipping for company and personal checks. Pacific Breeze reserves the right to dictate all payment arrangements. There is a $30.00 charge for all checks that are returned for any reason.
